What I appreciated most was the personalised advice and reassurance she gave. Pregnancy can feel overwhelming, but having the support of an experienced dietitian — and a mum herself — made me feel understood and cared for. Her knowledge and long-standing experience really show, and she explains everything in a way that is clear and reassuring.
