Welcome! I’m Jasel
I know first hand that the fertility journey isn’t always straightforward and then navigating pregnancy can feel totally overwhelming. So many aspects can feel out of your control, but your nutrition isn’t.
I’m a registered dietitian specialising in fertility and pregnancy nutrition with 10 years of experience working in the NHS. Throughout my career, I’ve been committed to providing evidence-based advice and compassionate care while truly listening to my clients. My experiences of trying to conceive, pregnancy and motherhood have transformed my life in so many different ways and ultimately have led me to create the Oxford Family Dietitian. I want to help those walking the same path that I have trodden but armed with the best nutritional advice to lead to the best possible outcomes.
My approach combines evidence based practice with genuine empathy and understanding, supporting individuals and couples through conception, pregnancy and beyond. I believe nutrition should feel empowering - not overwhelming. Ultimately I believe that you deserve clear, personalised advice that fits your day to day life.
If you’re feeling unsure, exhausted, or simply want to feel more confident in how you are supporting your fertility or pregnancy, you are not alone - and you don’t have to try to work it out by yourself. Book a 1:2:1 video consultation with me and lets start this new chapter today.
