The free Discovery Call is a 15-minute chat that enables me to understand your current situation and goals, and for you to work out whether the services and approach I offer are the right fit for you. There is no pressure and no obligation to book a consultation with me afterwards.
-
You can book a new or follow-up consultation via the Services page, where payment is taken at the time of booking. Once confirmed, I'll email you a pre-consultation questionnaire, a client agreement form, and a Microsoft Teams meeting link. Following the consultation, I'll email you a written report — including goals, action plan, and an example meal plan — within 48 hours.

I support individuals and couples thinking about their nutrition ahead of trying to conceive, those actively on their fertility journey (naturally or via IVF, IUI, ICSI, donor insemination, or egg donation), and those at any stage of pregnancy. I also provide specialist support for women with a diagnosis of PCOS or endometriosis in the context of both fertility and symptom management.

Dietitian is a protected title regulated by the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). This means dietitians have completed accredited university training, are held to strict professional and ethical standards, and are legally accountable. Nutritionists, unless registered, are not regulated. As an HCPC registered dietitian with a BSc and MSc, you can be confident my advice is evidence-based and held to the highest clinical standards.

It is never too late to make changes. Ideally, starting 3 months before trying to conceive gives the greatest opportunity to optimise nutritional status and prime your body for conception. However, nutrition can make a meaningful difference at any stage — whether you're planning ahead, actively trying, undergoing IVF, or already pregnant.
