My approach
The process of trying to conceive as well as navigating pregnancy are emotional rollercoasters with so many unexpected challenges. The impact that they have on your life CANNOT be underestimated. Then trying to wade through the minefield of nutrition to find accurate and trustworthy information.. it can feel totally overwhelming.
I am here to hold your hand through the process and give you the most up to date evidence-based nutritional advice to help you achieve your goals, and thrive while doing so.
I have 10 years of clinical experience as a registered dietitian across different many different specialties and I am skilled in translating the science into practical, easy to adopt strategies for you to integrate into your diet - with a healthy side of empathy to go with it!
I don’t believe in restrictive diets or rules around food, instead I am passionate about providing personalised advice for you to be able to enjoy food while feeling happy in the knowledge that your body is healthy and primed for conception or pregnancy.
